Sequoia uses award-winning designers and the latest, most sophisticated printing technology in the industry to create retail boxes and counter displays that are absolutely amazing. Using one of many types of board including SBS, CCNB, SUS or 100% recycled Kraft bending chip, we can print 1 & 2 sides using 4 color and spot process, AQ and UV high gloss finishes, gold/silver/rose and other colors of foil stamping, embossing/de-bossing, matte finish, as well as Matte and UV high gloss combinations.
CORRUGATED PACKAGING AND DISPLAYS
Sequoia’s design team utilizes the latest CAD design software to create stunning retail and industrial shipping boxes along with floor and counter displays using a variety of corrugated including B/C/E/F flute and double wall, depending on the look and strength desired. We offer offset printing up to 4 colors, full or partial lithography and digital direct printing on just about any corrugated material. Structural designs take as little as 1 -2 weeks (depending on the complexity of the project) and are always included in the order process.
ENGINEERED FOAM
Sequoia’s foam engineering and converting professionals are leaders in designing the finest protective and visual foam inserts. Our inserts are computer-designed on the latest CAD software and manufactured using die and laser cutting specifically to fit each product, using polyethylene, polystyrene or polyurethane foam materials depending on the protection and look desired. In today’s retail market foam is being used for much more than protection: the modern sophisticated look that can be created for packaging and inserts is highly popular with consumers.
CHIPBOARD PARTITION SETS
Chipboard partition sets are the most economical way to keep fragile products from hitting or scratching each other in transit. Partitions are designed using your product or drawings to fit each individual product for width and height and then completed with a sample corrugated box or dimensions for the optimum shipper size. Chipboard partitions can be made in Kraft or white and are all pre-assembled with a quick pop open design for fast inline packing.
FLEXIBLE PACKAGING AND FILM
Sequoia has made its mark in printing the highest quality flexible packaging and film products available: we can print up to 10 colors on many combinations of laminated materials. Styles include zip lock barrier bags, heat seal bags, printed film and foil used for snacks, pet food, treats, tea bags, soups, candy, spices and many other retail items. We will engineer the correct film and barrier structure for your product to ensure the best look and longest shelf life.
PRINTED PACKING TAPE
Company-branded or logo-printed tape is the most economical way to protect your shipments from pilferage and a great way to advertise your company name and image. Our tapes come in many forms such as clear, tan and white polyethylene, as well as reinforced and non-reinforced paper tape. All our tapes come in a variety of widths and all can be printed up to 3 colors, usually within 2 weeks of art approval.
RIGID SETUP BOXES
Rigid setup boxes are the high-end packaging of our industry and there are only a few companies in the United States that still hand-make them. Sequoia is aligned with the finest manufacturers that create the most stunning boxes that include vinyl boxed sets, liquor bottles, autographed memorabilia, perfumes, cosmetics, CBD and any other industries that can only use the finest and most attractive packaging available. These can include hand-wrapped lithographic printing, hidden hinged lids and compartments, magnetic and antiqued hardware closures, mirrors, leather wrapping and pretty much anything imaginable.
DIGITAL PRINTING
Sequoia Packaging is quickly becoming a leader in direct digital printing for retail packaging as well as signage, POP and permanent displays, gift boxes, e commerce mailers, product promotions and so much more. Digital printing allows for multiple SKUs, variable data, seasonal packaging with low minimums compared to Flexographic and Lithographic printing as there is no print plates or tooling needed. Digital printing can be used on many substrates including corrugated, glass, coroplast, wood and plexiglass depending on the application.
